North South States Period Stoneware Cup
ARCHIVEDA stoneware cup fired during the North South States Period (Unified Silla period). It has a minimal shape with two lines around the neck of the curved rim.
During the Three Kingdoms period, Goguryeo, Baekje, Silla, and Gaya each developed styles with regional characteristics, but after unification, Silla’s pottery styles spread throughout the peninsula. This piece is based on the prominent cup shape in the Gyeongju area, and it is inferred that it was a burial ware in multiple sets.
Excellent condition with no noticeable defects. It must be washed before practical use to get rid of the soil. It comes with a box.
