Tsuboya Ware Bottle with Blue and Yellow Stripes Design

SOLD OUT

An Okinawan traditional sake bottle, “Binshi” fired at the Tsuboya kiln around the Meiji period. Initially, the tin-made ones were used in the Ryukyuan royal family, and the pottery reproduction spread among the ordinary people. The combination of blue and yellow and the gentle matte glaze and balanced shape are exclusively beautiful, and it is ideal for a single flower vase arranged with wild spring flowers.

There are no noticeable defects other than the kiln defects and minor chips on the base.
