Ming Dynasty Cizhou-type Ware White-Ground Black-Painted Bowl
ARCHIVEDA flat bowl fired in a Cizhou type kiln in the Yuan dynasty to Ming dynasty. The auspicious design with three flowers arranged around a character “高”(high) is partly swirled, and a delicate comb decoration is used on the rim. The glaze skin is moistured and lustrous also practicality is perfect, as well as the originality of the design. A fine work that shines in the delicate work during the decline period of the kiln.
In addition to sticking marks and unglazed spots, there are minor chips on the rim and footring, but the condition is generally good. The part that looks like a hairline does not pass through the back.
