Goryeo Celadon Cup with Inlaid Chrysanthemum Design

A celadon cup made in the late Goryeo dynasty. The piece is from the latter half of the 14th century, indicating the transition to Buncheong ware. The inlaid decoration is applied to the interior and exterior and is covered with a pale blue celadon. The simplified geometric patterns are innovative, and it has a versatile size that can be used for a sake cup and teabowl.

The outer surface looks rough but remains almost smooth and glossy. Good condition with no other noticeable defects.
